She was pleasant, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I returned to Donaldson's at a later Date after doing my pricing research and shopping at other dealers. We sat down and talked with Holly about the vehicle we wanted to buy. We easily negotiated a purchase price that we both agreed upon. We picked up the car a week later and Holly helped us until we drove away. We can't say enough about Holly and our positive interaction with Donaldson's. Very happy with our Donaldsons experience! We visited Donaldsons to look at a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. We were introduced to Ashley DePena who became our salesperson. Ashley was very informative We visited Donaldsons to look at a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. We were introduced to Ashley DePena who became our salesperson. Ashley was very informative about the vehicle and when we decided to make the purchase, she was honest and straightforward with negotiations. We had to wait 4 weeks for our Crosstrek as it was in transit from the factory and she kept us updated as to the vehicle's arrival time. The finance manager, Robert, was excellent. He, too, was straightforward and kind and no "games" like you might find at other dealerships. Ashley also introduced us to the Sales Manager and he was very nice as well. We are very happy we chose Donaldsons to purchase our new Crosstrek--which we love!! More

We love our new Subie! The transmission on my wife's old SUV (Ford Escape) died and it was not worth fixing. She wanted to test drive the new Forester so we headed to Donaldsons. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable. Holly Clark our salesperson went above and beyond and made the entire buying experience easy and turned a negative experience into a memorable one. We picked up my wife's new 2018 Forester a few days ago.Robert Zolyniak in Finance had all the paperwork ready. Everything was stress free! The car was fully detailed and looked awesome upon pick up! Donaldsons has excellent customer service. I will be in the market to replace my current vehicle next year when my lease is up. When that time comes I will go back to Donaldsons for a new Subaru!!!
