From the moment we walked through the doors until the mome I've been to quite a few Long Island car dealerships and this was the best experience ever! From the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we drove away in our new Subaru Forester, everyone we met was friendly, helpful and soooo accommodating. The most impressive part was at the end, in 100-degrees weather, Shane stood outside with us and explained every button and every detail in the car. He even synced my phone and and showed us the spare tire and tools. He was incredibly thorough!! We'll be back :) More

Live up to their reputation My initial contact with Donaldsons was through the internet. They participate in the TrueCar pricing program with Consumer Reports. Out of the 3 deale My initial contact with Donaldsons was through the internet. They participate in the TrueCar pricing program with Consumer Reports. Out of the 3 dealerships CR was recommending, I chose Donaldsons because of their reputation. Shane Oliver was very helpful explaining how TrueCar worked, and how the dealership could locate just the right car for me. Greg Giordano did a great job of getting me the vehicle I wanted, the right financing and delivering the car in a timely fashion. Greg even went so far as to arrange a ride for my wife and myself from our home over 40 miles away to the dealership the day he delivered the car to us. I hope to find the same level of satisfaction in the future with the reputable Donaldsons Subaru service department. More
