Our first experience with Donaldsons and it was terrific! Our salesperson, Zaak, was such a pleasure to work with. We were buying a car for our son and Zaak was so patient with him and all the questions he had about the car. It was such a refreshing change to work with a salesperson, Zaak, and manager, Shane, and not feel like we were being pressured or rushed. The gentleman from finance, I forget his name, helped to make this the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. When we are looking for a new car, we will definitely be going back to Donaldsons. More

When I got home and discussed it with my husband I decided to go with a new Forester and get the eye technology. I will only do it when I truly feel the people were sincere and went above and beyond. I never thought I would write one about a car dealership. It is the last place I thought I would find sincerity. They seemed to understand the stress that comes with buying a car and acted accordingly. I was relaxed and was able to make a thoughtful decision. I walked in near closing on a Thursday night. I was interested in the 0% financing for the Suburu Outback. I met Harold who immediately offered a great deal without any elongated process. It was late, so I came back the next evening. Before I returned, I went to another dealership who also gave me a great deal. There was something I liked about Donaldsons, which is why I went back. I met with Larry Greene who was the best! I never felt pressured. He was friendly in the most genuine way that, in my experience, is unusual for a car salesman. He immediately beat the deal I got at the other dealership, which made the choice an easy one. I walked in on a Thursday and drove away with the car on Saturday evening. Larry kept all of his promises; there were no surprises and the car was ready within a few hours after closing the deal. Then he took the time to show me all the features. I know this is standard, but he gave me plenty of time and never made me fell like he had better things to do now that the purchase was complete. I usually can't wait to get out of the dealership as I find the car buying experience unpleasant due to the pushiness and ingeniousness of salesmen. I could have sat with Larry all day! He was helpful beyond the car purchasing experience. Especially when I told him that my other car is going to Los Angeles for my son who is living there. He lived in LA and advised me of the details of what my son needs to do when he gets the car. This took time. Due to Larry's laid back, genuine approach, as well as his knowledge, is why I recommend Donaldsons. Finally, the manager, Shane, and the finance manager, Robert, offered excellent and friendly service. Robert was efficient and helpful when choosing a warranty. No pushiness. In fact, he helped me find the right one based on the number of miles I drive. I have been pushed into the most expensive in the plans with regret. The safety and performance reviews on the Outback combined with the 0% financing made it the exact car I was looking for. The only question was where I would buy it. I am so pleased I went with Donaldsons, and I recommend them to anyone. Ask for Larry! More
