Shane was very rude to me from the moment he came out to "help" me. I had a few questions about a car and he just seemed so annoyed to even be there helping me let alone answering these questions. I was very interested in the vehicle so I was just doing my homework on it. He was so off putting that I just decided to leave and find the same car at a different dealership. He seems like a guy who thinks he is above what he does. More

This has been my fourth lease with yark and could have asked for anything else. After talking with Shane Snyder we was able to get me into a truck that I didn’t think I would ever get. Shane Snyder made all the right moves and did everything he could to get me into a new lease. After agreeing to the offer I was dreading the time it takes to get in and do the paper work. Going into the finances and signing the papers it usually would take 3 hours or more to get done. Justin Rohr made the experience quick and painless. I would recommend Shane Snyder and Justin rohr to everyone. More

Jeep Renegade purchase I had been looking for a new to me car for a while but had not really seen anything worth my time until I stumbled across the Yark listing. Shane made the process easy and gave me the information I needed to purchase the car and then took me over to see Chris to finish the transaction. I wanted to take a loan out at my local bank versus one up in Toledo and Chris gave me financial advice on the best route to take. I ended up leaving and coming back with a loan from my bank because of this and Anthony finished the rest of the paperwork while Shane set me up with my new to me car More

Great Customer Service I went in to buy a vehicle that I desperately needed. Shane Snyder put me into the vehicle I said I wanted. Began to have problems with it right away. I went in to buy a vehicle that I desperately needed. Shane Snyder put me into the vehicle I said I wanted. Began to have problems with it right away. But every time I called, Shane was very helpful in getting me the service it needed. Unfortunately, the time came when the problems with said vehicle became too great, have no fear this story has a happy ending. Shane was able to trade me out of that vehicle and into a new MUCH better vehicle and I’m now driving with a smile on my face! More
