Most every person we worked with at Gebhardt was super friendly and personable. Mariah in Sales was great to work with as well as our finance person whose name escapes me at the moment. The product specia friendly and personable. Mariah in Sales was great to work with as well as our finance person whose name escapes me at the moment. The product specialist (Shane perhaps?) wasn’t super personable but was smart as xxxx and did very well to get us set up on the BMW app as well as the Electrify America promo. More

Jeff and team were great and gave me the ultimate purchasing experience. The only thing better would have been to pick up the vehicle at that factory with a European pick up, food, wine, and factory purchasing experience. The only thing better would have been to pick up the vehicle at that factory with a European pick up, food, wine, and factory tour. I only wish the financial closing part could have been with Jeff and not separate and so delayed. Jeff took care of all my needs and questions quite well. Also working with the BM genius was also great. My two sessions with him were very helpful and educational about my vehicle. More

Jeff and team are great, supportive, and upfront. This provides for an environment of trust and thus a great experience all around. Because of all this you now have converted this 15 year die hard Au This provides for an environment of trust and thus a great experience all around. Because of all this you now have converted this 15 year die hard Audi guy to a BMW badie. The only area for improvement would be that the experience was overly extended, took way way too long to get to the financial box, hours. So long past when I had to go that I almost had to leave and come back and should have cause I missed a family dinner reservation. I came to this dealership because a stranger told me to come to Gephardt BMW. I was looking at her BMW X5 telling her how much I liked it and I wanted to buy one for my wife. She told me to come here that everyone would treat me with respect. Your parts department is very good also and very helpful.
