Everyone went out of their way to make both my service center visit and my purchase experience very good. Jamar in sales went well above and beyond to help get me in a great car that fit my budget. He even personally delivered it 45 minutes away and picked up my trade in. This after the finance department worked with me to get my wife’s required signatures remotely so we wouldn’t have to drive back. All in all it was a very positive experience. More

Shanice was great from the word go. I called into Honda and received her on the line. Explained to her that I was pre-approved and what I wanted. She was very responsive in texting and I called into Honda and received her on the line. Explained to her that I was pre-approved and what I wanted. She was very responsive in texting and confirming our meeting time. When I got there, she was ready to get the vehicles we wanted to test drive. She was very pleasant to work with. I don't know what rules there are regarding car advertising but Honda advertises MSRP as actual Honda costs. On their website they had a vehicle listed for $45k but in reality a $45k is before their "Dealer markup" of 5K. I DESPISE buying cars because dealers just can't be upfront. It's a hustle. Always has been, always will be. I wish price transparency was a thing in car buying, but when you're dealing with sales, it can never be. All in all Shanice was very upfront which is why I spent more than I wanted to get what I wanted. I appreciate her and her professionalism. More
