Shannon is a great service advisor. My issue, I moved to Indiana in July 2024 and as of September I’ve spent over $3,000.00 on maintenance and I find that to be unacceptable. It shouldn’t cost over $600 to change my oil and fuel filter, I can do it in my driveway in less then 120 minutes. It takes you guys all day sometimes? So glad my warranty is finally up, as it seems like Button nickles and dimes customers to keep coming back. As of now, I’ll be looking for an alternative mechanics to work on my Gladiator. It’s also SUPER annoying to keep sending any customer these surveys, one is plenty. Now since you’ve harassed me for a review for months, it’s not going to be the one you want.
