Great experience at westside lexus I appreciated Shannon’s non pressure, relaxed attitude and the way was patient with my many questions and answered them all. He found another vehicle I appreciated Shannon’s non pressure, relaxed attitude and the way was patient with my many questions and answered them all. He found another vehicle for us to buy when the ones I came in to see were sold, so that was great. Ty was also great to work with as he gave us a good deal for our trade-in and was gracious on the price of the car. Ben was so easy and enjoyable to work with as well. We didn’t have the car title with us and he made it possible for us to bring it in later . I was not looking forward to going in to buy a new vehicle because of all the decisions to make regarding car choices, but these three men made it easier as they were wonderful to work with. Much thanks to Shannon and Ty and Ben ! More
