The only thing I would change are the couches, chairs in the waiting area. They were pretty beat up and even ripped. Prior to this first Nissan of mine, I only had Subaru's, and Premier Subaru has a beautiful waiting area, so I was spoiled by that. But, if you could just get a new couch, chairs in each room, would be a huge improvement!

Also I don't understand the extra charge of approx $45 for supplies when my service was broken down and appropriate charges were assessed. Thinking about reporting this to State of CT consumer dept. Brakes, rotors, brake fluid carry their own charges.
