Told service would be 2 hours. At hour 3 I was told they were wrapping up. At hour 4 I was frustrated and wanted service to be done. She tried to tell me I needed a battery replace At hour 3 I was told they were wrapping up. At hour 4 I was frustrated and wanted service to be done. She tried to tell me I needed a battery replacement, I do not. She also tried to tell me I needed to do a Relearn process on the computer for nearly $200. I did not. The service was a recall update to emissions which was a software update and I'm sure a relearn process would need to be automatically applied to apply the update. I chose not to do the additional service and have not had any issues since the recall update was applied. So I did not need the extras that she tried to push. Felt deceitful. More
