do not understand the purpose for this I believe Luje Platt was the service person who met me at the door when I brought the car in to replace a failing computer June 1. Greg Jones was the service person to whom I was introduced as part of the original sales process. So far I have no issues with the service dept. Of the approximately 20 Hyundais I have owned, the one I recently purchased is the only one that had a major fault within the first month. Other than that, an Accent, purchased in 2012 had a bent real axle, which showed itself when rear tires began to disintegrate by 15000 miles. More

Long long Day We started our day early in the morning. Did a lot of pre-work with our Sales Lady in order to finish by Noon. I strongly believe that any Car Dealer We started our day early in the morning. Did a lot of pre-work with our Sales Lady in order to finish by Noon. I strongly believe that any Car Dealer should be able to process the purchase of a Car in no more than 3 hours. We missed Lunch, my Wife had a headache from the long time wait for this and wait for that. Otherwise we had a great Sales Lady she should get a high rating because she did her homework. More
