We requested Sharla Ali - Sharla did ALL of our paperwork/legwork - exclusively. We have been told that she did not get the full credit/compensation for the transaction due to the former salespersons original contact with us in 2014. We were very disappointed that this did not happen since we talked to the customer service representative, Kim Crews; the floor manager and the financial planner regarding this issue. Credit should be given where credit is due - NOT to employees that do not deserve it - especially if the customer requests and confirms the situation. More
