Absolutely the best in the business I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately ran into some troubles a few days after driving it and the dealership not only paid for the towing to the dealership, they went the extra mile in fixing the issue. Instead of addressing just the one problem, they fixed an overlying issue that would have been lots more money in parts and labor. To honor the vehicle they sold, they ensured this was taken care of as well. From my first inquiry, to working a deal that was agreeable, to finding financing that met a payment range I needed to stay within, with service to correct an issue and honor their agreement to sell me a reliable used vehicle, this dealership has left me with an experience that most dealerships cannot do. Bozard Ford Lincoln is a gem hidden among a market full of lesser dealers. If you want quality service and to be treated the way a customer should be, then I highly recommend this as your place to find your next ride.
