Absolutely the best in the business I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately ran into some troubles a few days after driving it and the dealership not only paid for the towing to the dealership, they went the extra mile in fixing the issue. Instead of addressing just the one problem, they fixed an overlying issue that would have been lots more money in parts and labor. To honor the vehicle they sold, they ensured this was taken care of as well. From my first inquiry, to working a deal that was agreeable, to finding financing that met a payment range I needed to stay within, with service to correct an issue and honor their agreement to sell me a reliable used vehicle, this dealership has left me with an experience that most dealerships cannot do. Bozard Ford Lincoln is a gem hidden among a market full of lesser dealers. If you want quality service and to be treated the way a customer should be, then I highly recommend this as your place to find your next ride. Thank you Rick, Sharyl, Greg and Nathan for making my experience exactly what I had hoped for. Wonderful customer care , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away wit , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away with the most beautiful vehicle. The staff at Bozard Ford and Lincoln worked with me on the price style and year make and model. When I walked in I was indifferent as to what I would look at. The staff helped me become zoned in on one vehicle that I knew would suit my needs. I previously owned an SUV from Lincoln but they know Lauren care made that model. They put me in the best MKX And I walked away with my car that day. I give them five stars More
