IO don't think anyone enjoys purchasi I have bought 4 Vehicles from Bozard Ford and I have had the pleasure of dealing with 4 different sales Leaders. IO don't think anyone enjoys purchasing a new or even a used vehicle not because of the sales pitch they received or even the time involved but because of the wide selection, the extensive knowledge each of the sales representative have of all the awesome new features in the vehicles and of course when you find that perfect one (which Bozard has one for everybody) you want to get in it and drive NOW! I live 70 miles from Bozard. That's a 140 mile trip total for me in 1 day. I will purchase all my vehicles from Bozard Ford from now on. I have found no better customer service and Respect. Not taken seriously by service dept. I brought the 2016 Focus I bought from them back because I thought there was too much shudder when the transmission shifted. I wasn't taken seriously I brought the 2016 Focus I bought from them back because I thought there was too much shudder when the transmission shifted. I wasn't taken seriously and in fact the guy who test drove it with me said there was nothing wrong and that I'd get used to the shudder. I went to another Ford dealership in Jacksonville to have it checked out and they found that the clutch needed to be replaced. I won't say I'll never recommend Bozard or do business with them in the future, but I am disappointed that they weren't more interested in finding the problem. More
