She maintained communication with me both before and after my appointment to keep me informed regarding the vehicle. I had experienced a car accident resulting in my vehicle being totaled, and upon informing Veronica of the situation, she and Shaun assisted me with the vehicle's pricing, which enabled me to acquire a new car when I needed to do so. I am very satisfied with the process and appreciative of their attentiveness to customers in times of need. Veronica also offered to transport me to the rental car location so that I could depart with my new vehicle from there. I recommend scheduling an appointment with Veronica, particularly if it is your first time in a dealership. More
