Customer service has declined a lot since Jack and Whitney left. When I called for my appointment the guy was kind of rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Day of my appointment Shaun w Whitney left. When I called for my appointment the guy was kind of rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Day of my appointment Shaun was nice but whoever put my tires on did not do a good job at all. The bags I had my tires in were thrown all over my car, and I ended up having a leaking tire. Tried calling the shop at 4:40 PM and no one answered. Had to find a different shop to fix my tire that wasn’t sealed correctly. After 20 yrs with this shop I think it maybe time for a new shop. More
