We are so sorry to hear you had a less-than-stellar experience with Symdon Chevrolet of Mount Horeb. For a while, we were short a technician, so wait times were longer than we ever want them to be, but we are now fully staffed and back to our usual wait time of about a week (sometimes less) to get in for an oil change. As for the tire rotation, there may have been some miscommunication on our end, as we typically don't do tire rotations without prior approval. Our service manager has spoken with the service advisors to make sure communication is clear going forward, and if, at the time of service, you are ever unhappy with the service you receive, let her know. We all want our customers to leave happy with the level of service and communication. You can call 608.437.5555 and ask for Emily, our service manager, if you have any additional questions or concerns, and thank you for letting us know about this issue.
