Shaun Woolard, the sales associate, and the service team at Junction Auto made the two hour drive worthwhile to do business with them. Everyone at the dealership in all departments, including the Business Manager, were friendly and welcoming. Even if it was just a five minute wait, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Mike Butler and Shawn took incredible care of me. I’ve worked with Junction since 2020 when I bought my Ram Rebel (which I love!). Junction found the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Shawn made it happen without me spending hours sitting around bickering about price.
