As soon as I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted by Antoine, my designated salesperson. He was incredibly polite and genuinely helpful, making my experience smooth and pleasant. The salesman withheld the location of the vehicle stating he didn't know where it was coming from. I ask multiple times. He finally admitted it ws coming from my homectown. It was supposed to have the t he didn't know where it was coming from. I ask multiple times. He finally admitted it ws coming from my homectown. It was supposed to have the towing package on it, but he stated "that most people used th trailer hitch was for bike racks" Towing was what I paid for. I finally had to get the sales manager involved. I brought it back to get the rest of the towing package put on. It was supposed to take 3 to 4 hours, but it was kept all day. I reached out to him and finally he called and the was no one to bring it to me. All this caused me to me run late. The vehicle was supposed to be cleanrd and prepped before I took delivery, however it still has clear stickers above the gas tank and adhesive residue on vehicle and windows. There are clear protective covers over buttons and lights inside after the vehicle even after it was at the dealership two times. More

Steven Ranelli has taken the time to discover the mechanical failure in my vehicle through true mechanical engineering by servicing my car the traditional way instead of simply with new age technicia mechanical failure in my vehicle through true mechanical engineering by servicing my car the traditional way instead of simply with new age technician practices. This is a lost talent. I appreciate the time he has been taking in making sure that not only I am safe but most importantly my 6 yr old son. No matter what it takes, I believe he's going to make it right, no matter how long it takes either. It's taken many tries and service drop-offs (3 in 6 days) but the issue has been personally heard and felt after he took a ride with me. This hopefully will allow for the discovery of the mechanical failure the car is throwing at us. I have faith he will make it right, and it will even be in show room condition in the end. I would also like to personally recognize Shaun Y. He has personally stood in my corner defending me and being my voice on my vehicle making it right as he stated he has daughters, and wants to give me the treatment he expects his daughters to recieve when they begin driving... and that I deserve nothing less. He expects my vehicle to be in the best condition providing the comfort, security, and safety that my son and I deserve and has offered to do anything he can to ensure that I recieve nothing less and is working together with Steve, and Matt Rodgers on my car. A remedy has been long overdue and while it's been incredibly frustrating and depressing- we're on the right track to solving the problem now, and I have Tameron Hyundai and those 3 people to thank the most for it.
