My Service Advisor Shauna is a true rarity! She is amazing at her job! She is professional yet personable. She eagerly shares her knowledge and expertise and does it in a very understandable an She is amazing at her job! She is professional yet personable. She eagerly shares her knowledge and expertise and does it in a very understandable and easily absorbable way. The waiting area is large and clean with plenty spots to plug in and stay connected. Bathroom is also large and clean. Free coffee and cocoa and water and many other snacks and drinks for purchase. I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service! More

Shauna Harris, my service advisor, is absolutely the best! She was able to find time for my vehicle to be fixed, explained the charges, and didn't try to upsell any service that wasn't required. Becau best! She was able to find time for my vehicle to be fixed, explained the charges, and didn't try to upsell any service that wasn't required. Because of the cost for the repair, she assured me that the other recommended services would be ok until my next visit which I will definitely have done at that time. She completely understood the finances involved and that I couldn't afford to have everything done at one time. She is why I will definitely come back to this dealership. More
