Thanks for sharing your feedback. We do offer a complimentary car wash with every service. Our car wash team starts at 9:00 AM, so if you arrive around 7:00 AM and your vehicle is ready before the wash team is available, we may not be able to wash it before pickup. If that happens, we’ll always let you know which we did with you and you’re welcome to stop by anytime that’s convenient for you, we’ll be happy to take care of the car wash for you.
