I asked Shauna how much will it be to get the screw out she said $150. Came back to pick up the car, they said they weren't able to get the screw out. BUT CHARGED ME $150 TO TELL ME THE THING I ALREADY KNEW: THAT THE SCREW WAS STRIPPED AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET IT OUT ANOTHER WAY. Shauna was gone, but the 2 guys there said they would keep my car until that $150 was paid. Wouldn't let us speak to anybody, else. Paid $150 for Nissan to look in the hole at the screw and tell me something I just told them. Did not ask for a diagnostic, I asked for a screw to be taken out. The guy i spoke to when picking it up was rude and doesnt have customer service skills.
