First experience, was not the greatest due to sales rep that barely gave me the time of day. Gave them another shot and what a great recovery with another rep (almost). I purchased a CPO vehicle and did the whole dealership experience, as I have several times in the past, though have never purchased CPO. Unfortunately, upon delivery of the car, received one key, and the rep assured that I’d get two. When I called about it, I was told because I bought a used car, they’d have to get ahold of the previous owner. I was taken aback, and of course at a loss at this point because it was never put on paper that I’d get a second key. So I guess it’s my problem to now pay for a second key, which isn’t the problem. It’s a matter a of the salesperson telling you one thing, but not delivering - and me for not making sure it was in writing. It could have been the perfect experience, and one I’d do again for a future purchase of a Chevy. My point, don’t sign anything just because your salesperson agrees to something, make sure it’s written on paper! I should have known better. More

I can’t remember who I talk to they (yes) and bring down, and they could do it. Well after driving 15 miles to the dealership.and waiting almost 2 hours. Your service man, come up to me says, (you didn’t) have a tire. But was going to have a different tire that was compatible to mine.This is not what I wanted, to hear. So I drove there for nothing! Wasting time, gas. Just to be told, that they had to order the tire, I had just brought the car two days prior. I have a 36,000 3 year bumper to bumper warranty.! So ok, I know, I would have to purchase the tire. No problem, but I don’t believe I should b have to pay for the remount. Other than that. Your service is ok Thank you Wayne More
