Shawn represents the best in service. I appreciated and have always appreciated my Mercedes Benz dealership. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure I was set. My loaner Benz was waiting for me. He provided a follow up call throughout the day to apprise me of all work. He even recommended additional service. Very impressive. More

A true extraordinary experience From the moment I contacted the dealership I knew I was in good hands. I first heard from Brenda Maynard who passed me along to the caring hands of Mr From the moment I contacted the dealership I knew I was in good hands. I first heard from Brenda Maynard who passed me along to the caring hands of Mr. Ismail Karabulut II. His rigorous follow up showed he cared and wanted to sell me a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Elio Coventry who was very genuine and showed how he cares for his local clients. It took two visits which allowed me the chance to work with Nick Feroce the second time around while Mr. Ismail was busy. The process from beginning to end proved to be flawless and made the car buying experience easy. I know this amazing service is not close to over after I was introduced to the service drive by Mr. Ismail. Dan, Mark,Shawn, Matt, and Beth are all wonderful and customer service oriented. After buying multiple vehicles through the Suburban Collection I can say they get an A+ grade with this acquisition. Well done everyone. More
