We were treated very well. I spoke with Angel on the phone initially, and she was very helpful. I arrived at the dealership right at opening time and actually walked in with Sh I spoke with Angel on the phone initially, and she was very helpful. I arrived at the dealership right at opening time and actually walked in with Shawn that morning. He was very welcoming and offered to help me. After a test drive he answered all of my questions and showed me the car fax on the car. When we came to pick up the car, it had been run through the shop and was cleaned and ready for us to drive home. In the accounting office, Kimberly was ready for us and made the paperwork process a pleasurable experience. She had everything in order and we had everything taken care of very quickly. She is also very good at her job. Overall we were very impressed with the dealership. We are over 2 hours away, but when I am in the market for another vehicle I will absolutely give them a look. I highly recommend dealing with Budd Baer! More
