Everyone went out of their way to make sure I didn't need anything to drink, eat, or any questions I had with anything that they were giving me information on. Shawn was exceptional, taking his time and explaining everything on how the car works and all the bells and whistles function. He is a great salesman , and represents Jenkins values. More

I am 72 years old my wife is 69 and we have bought many cars in our lifetime but this was bar none the most pleasant experience we have ever had. I never once felt rushed or manipulated by any of Jenkins staff they were all outstanding. Shawn took all the time we required to show us all of the car features, & test drive it to be sure we were absolutely comfortable with their choice and price we were paying. Once again when my wife and I sat down with the financial associate, Raul Echeverria we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable he made us feel and how he explained every detail so we totally understood what we were signing. I know this review may sound a little over-the-top but honestly in 40+ years of making purchases I have never had a more pleasant experience. I saw 6 sales people while I was there, and each time i had to explain what I was interested in. Then one salesperson tried to talk me into a lease, when I was willing to pay cash. I did voice my frustration and I think they followed up really well but ultimately my initial experience soured my future with them. More

Truly a pleasure at this dealership in all areas !! I spent the last 4 months looking at SUV's,in Florida and Reno, NV. I test drove 9 different models in both states. I found Jenkins Honda to be very friendly and felt comfortable the minute I walked in.I was nicely greeted by Shawn Garrett and the rest is history!!Everyone I met was very knowledgeable and helpful . I bought my car the end of July 2016, and have referred 2 buyers to Shawn and the dealership to date, both have purchased cars!! More
