I couldn't have been more pleased with my VW of Ocala experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I think the "listening" part was the best part..... understanding my personal situation and working with me to get the reliable vehicle I needed, in the package I wanted.... well, it was a wonderful way to buy a car!!
