The dealer ship staff was very friendly and motivated where I had a problem was the adding of some 1000+ reconditioning fees and a 1000.00 + dollar administrative fee. I’d rather had them add the fees i where I had a problem was the adding of some 1000+ reconditioning fees and a 1000.00 + dollar administrative fee. I’d rather had them add the fees into the price of the vehicle up front instead of bombarding me with all the additional fees in the closing of the deal. It was in my opinion not a good way of conducting a deal. Last I came 51/2 hours to make the deal and a 51/2 return home came back 2 days later to finalize the paperwork giving my salesman a days notice and and a 51/2 hour additional notice that I was coming and that they please have car cleaned and ready to go along with the paperwork because I had a long day and wanted to get home. My salesman assured me it would be taken care of. Upon arriving the staff greeted me then my salesman. It took over two hours to have my vehicle ready including the paperwork. When I finally received my vehicle and the paperwork was completed they gave me a less than 1/2 tank of gas on a 30,000.00 Car deal. There answer was it was a used car and they could only put a 1/4 tank of gas. That’s my review. More
