Shawn, was amazing with honoring the deal offered to earn our business. As a small car lot, we want to do good, honorable business and he earned our Nissan business. Adam was funny and efficient, even after hours, which made us comfortable. Christian and, I forgot the new Service Advisor partner’s name (sorry), but they were wonderful with tracking down the car, keys, and paperwork and did it within minutes. The negative was they finished so fast, I couldn’t finish my coffee! Awesome job guys. You changed my mind about Nissan dealerships and large dealerships in general. Bravo! More

Youngblood Nissan Service team stands apart! We were passing through Springfield and hit debris on interstate 44, bending two rims on our Maxima. Logan and Shawn were top notch. Not only did We were passing through Springfield and hit debris on interstate 44, bending two rims on our Maxima. Logan and Shawn were top notch. Not only did they immediately move us to the front of the line to help get us back in the road, but also went above and beyond when parts wouldn’t arrive in time for an event we were traveling to. My wife and I recently had a horrible experience with our hometown Nissan dealership, and I can say that the service we received from Youngblood Nissan has restored our faith in Nissan service and has set the bar in our mind of what excellence looks like. PS. The gals in the Youngblood car rental center we’re awesome too - They helped knock the edge off of a very stressful situation! Thanks Amanda and Hailey! More
