The men in the Service department was really rude upon arrival. And unprofessional. They left my keys in my car in the parking lot when it was finished. Had me move the car 3 times when I arrived. Also when I called to make sure it wasn’t going to take long I was told I would be in and out. Then I was told it would be 2 and a half hours. More

After paying cash for a 2 year old vehicle, it's been over 2 weeks and I still do NOT have the vehicle. Took a week to get Nissan Certified and then I received the car with a newly cracked windshield (no over 2 weeks and I still do NOT have the vehicle. Took a week to get Nissan Certified and then I received the car with a newly cracked windshield (not present during the test drive) and a sizeable oil puddle under it in my garage. Returned the auto to be repaired and after another week - I'm still waiting. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. More
