I was greeted as soon as I arrived and they were very nice. I waited in the comfortable lobby and it wasn't long before they were done and I got to be on my way. I was greeted with a smile and the guys were very courteous, but that’s where the good came to a stop.y truck went in because of a recall that pertained to the heater not working and the actuators cl courteous, but that’s where the good came to a stop.y truck went in because of a recall that pertained to the heater not working and the actuators clicking under the dash. When I picked up my truck, I had the exact same problems. The service manager claimed that I should call Nissan and complain instead of them going back in and assessing/fixing the problem. Here it is, going on winter and I have no heat. I’ve had this exact same problem for 3 years in a row. The first repair done at a dealership in Joplin, the second at a private shop and now Youngblood’s. I’m sick of the shoddy workmanship. The technician doing the repairs had to have known there were other issues and could’ve easily sold me on a larger repair! I was ready to PAY MONEY to have my truck repaired correctly. You lost a sale and now you’ve lost a customer. The right thing to do would be to fix the complaint that I came in with. More

Great service. Meet me at entrance, took care of paperwork and a timely manner. Came out and kept me informed about what was going on offered solutions in and out and what I was told.
