Once again the Service Department and Shawn Holden has gone beyond the call of duty. I brought my car in after discovering the coolant was low and asked that Bredemann check to see if there are any leaks gone beyond the call of duty. They not only checked for coolant leaks, checked all fluids, oil, and tire pressure since it was such severe weather at NO CHARGE! (By the way no leaks found). He even handed me a car wash card since it was so cold they could not wash my car that day! Shawn wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with my car in the bad weather and went the extra mile. I cannot tell you the value of “peace of mind” –thanks again Bredemann and Shawn –this renews my loyalty to Bredemann and Toyota. More

My Camry was having oil usage issues. After I followed the protocol of testing the oil consumption for a few months -Shawn assisted and went out of his way to get the issue resolved. With the help of his manager, Mike Cooper-the engine was taken apart and the issue resolved with a 1 year warranty. I contacted the dealership about a year ago because I received a recall letter in the mail. I spoke with Shawn Holden who told me over the phone that the letter didn't apply to my car even though the le received a recall letter in the mail. I spoke with Shawn Holden who told me over the phone that the letter didn't apply to my car even though the letter was addressed to me and had my VIN# on it. I told him that I had experienced the problems described in the letter but he still insisted that the recall didn't apply to my car even though he had never seen my car. He didn't ask for the VIN# and refused to book an appointment to check the car. He was extremely rude. It was a cliche "woman dealing with a mechanic scene" from the 1950's. I wrote a letter to the manager but never got a response. I recently purchased a new Toyota. I went to Bredemann to look at cars but had intended to buy elsewhere based on my experience. To my surprise, the sales person who helped us (Margaret) was very nice and very professional. I bought the car from her but I will not use Bredemann for service since I see that Shawn Holden is still there. Outdated attitudes about women are only entertaining on television. Sorry Mr Holden, you're not Jon Hamm! More

I have been a customer at Bredemann's for about 13 years. I have leased and purchased Toyota's from Bredemann's and have always been satifisfied.
