Pre-owned car search,purchase Sales and Service: I am pleased with the combination of professionalism,friendliness and openness to information already obtained by me from car fax , Sales and Service: I am pleased with the combination of professionalism,friendliness and openness to information already obtained by me from car fax , Kelly Book and AARP. Willingness to continue conversation about drivability of the car as more driving experience was had. Service to car is scheduled based on my experience with braking and service person's further drive test. Explanation of some systems was quicker than I could fathom and since it takes me a while to process my experience and questions, I have questions that salesperson is open to answering completely and graciously in the next few weeks. More

This is my 4th brand new truck in 2 years and I will be back next year for another. The best part of this experience is that I’m in Pennsylvania and in all four trucks I bought from Tasca I bought over the phone , never going to the dealership and trucks were delivered to me in Pennsylvania! I would highly recommend Tasca and Shawn Mcgloklin ! Thank you! More

Very poor customer service and lack of product knowledge I almost never do this but felt compelled to inform other consumers who are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from the Tasca Group (Berlin or Rhode I almost never do this but felt compelled to inform other consumers who are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from the Tasca Group (Berlin or Rhode Island). There was a couple of vehicles I was interested in but the prices were too high compared to other dealers. I decided to provide my email address and sign up for “eprice alerts”. First mistake. One vehicle sold and the one remains available in Berlin CT dealer. This dealer has taken the liberty via there internet consultants (Jennifer and Eileen) to email me daily and not one of the emails updated me with a new price. I have received over 15 emails between dealerships. I finally looked at the dealer’s website and window sticker and one vehicle has some of my desired options so I decide to reach out. Second mistake. It was confirmed via stock number the vehicle was still available. I made it perfectly clear I had a trade. I emailed detailed info, photos and links to websites to review my trade let me know. Purchasing new would be based on my trade value. I was informed Matt would be getting in touch with me asap. Four days later, the dealer internet consultant reached out again and wanted to know how my experience with Matt was and would I be making a new purchase. I sent a very blunt email advising Matt never got in touch with me, their dealership motto is a lie and I have reached out to other dealers whom have been very keen in a trade and purchase of a new vehicle. I received a written apology and was informed by the internet consultant the “Commercial Manager” (no name, phone number etc.) would take $2500.00 off $84,500 truck. No information or details on my trade in vehicle. What a slap in the face. This dealer has done nothing but waste my time. Other dealers have taken any where between 5 to 8 thousand dollars off their retail sticker prices to move their end of year products. You would also think when telling the said dealer, you are working with other dealers they would stop contact. Not this dealer group. I continue to receive emails from Jennifer with a CC to Shawn McLaughlin and Eileen. I will be unsubscribing from receiving information from this dealer. Serious buyers beware. More
