Customer service was outstanding! Polite and very helpful even called an Uber for me to pick up my car! Koons probably offers a great sales service, if you are looking to buy a car the reviews below will be a great experience, as with many other dealerships. If you want to buy you will be treated like a quee looking to buy a car the reviews below will be a great experience, as with many other dealerships. If you want to buy you will be treated like a queen/king, if you need maintenance service you will become a clown. Second attempt to have my problem, which is simple, resolved in this store and it was a horrible experience. First, my appointment was set and I explained the problem and then they called me to arrive earlier so that I would have enough time to resolve it, and then the person who called me was confused about what time I should go and told me to go at another timetable. When I arrived, the technician responsible for the service wasn't there, I don't know what time he arrived and the 3 attendants I spoke to were rude and couldn't give me decent information about when my car would be looked at. I waited for 2 hours and no one came to check my car, I tried once again to talk to an attendant who was again rude and didn't give me any information. I left after waiting two hours and not having my problem resolved. Definitely avoid this place if you want your problems solve. More

They will jack the price on repairs without even looking at it because it has is over 200 thousand miles. I've been bring my truck in regular service since new. 2010 F-150 and bring it in every 5 K miles aw at it because it has is over 200 thousand miles. I was very surprised when they sent me a list of items that needs repairs. Here it isKoons Falls Church Ford: needed repairs 1.AFTER LIFTING TRUCK FOUND A FEW DIFFERENT ISSUES . MAIN ISSUE IS THE OIL LEAKING / DRIPPING FROM OIL PAN . OIL LEVEL VERY LOW . GASKET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED... 1 GDAY ON PARTS$2200 2.SECOND ISSUE IS THE REAR DIFF LEAKING FROM PINION SEAL AND FLUID LOW AS WELL$600 3.COMPLETE FLUID EXCHANGE FOR 4 WHEEL DRIVE POWERTRAIN SYSTEM$585 4.SERVICE REAR DIFFERENTIAL WITH BG FLUID$265 NEED TO KNOW BEFORE OIL CHANGE IS DONE. SO IT IS NOT DONE 2 TIMES Front Desk guy said the mechanic can not put in the oil because it just pours out. xxx. I have no drips in my carport and the light doesn't come on The should call themselves Stealerships instead of dealship. He then goes to show me pictures of oil that is on the cover but not dripping. When I got to the stealership to see where it is leaking. Well my truck was sitting out front. He said the mechanic said the oil stayed in They are a rip off. If you have 200K they want you to trade in your car or pay for all of the work. They've worked on it since 2010 and how in the xxxx did it get that way its said because i will stop going there and go to my local gas station or DYI More
