Persistence seems to work. The first all day service couldn't duplicate throttle problem and I was told to come back if it happened again which it did and I returned for the computer scan right away. couldn't duplicate throttle problem and I was told to come back if it happened again which it did and I returned for the computer scan right away. Appointment was made for following Wednesday. Computer scan was not stored so service began again. This time they noticed the front tires were bad and alignment way off so new tires ordered. Day 2 no input until I texted and told maybe tomorrow. The next day vehicle ready at 10:00 am. Bill the service guy was very thorough explaining what went wrong due to everything shifting left with the alignment. He asked if vehicle had been in accident. If there was one it had to have happened before I bought the car from you. I was pleased with Bill and service received and vehicle seems fixed so far. More
