In nearly the past 2.5 years I have transacted 18 Jeep lease deals with central Jeep, 15 of them on behalf of my friends in the Westwood area and 3 Jeep leases for my two kids and me. I just leased this week for myself a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude V-8 version, which I am thoroughly enjoying. I have found the Central Jeep dealership to provide all-around excellence in terms of sales and service. All leases transacted were handled by my outstanding Sales Consultant Tony Okoh. Tony sets the industry "gold standard" for getting equitable lease (and purchase) deals efficiently done while being a most pleasant individual and a true gentleman. Tony is the best! I have spent the past 20 years in international software sales management and am in a position to properly evaluate professional salesmanship and quality assurance of the entire sales process. I have also found Bill Gorman the Sales Manager to be very straightforward and sincere with all deal negotiations and he is a true sales management professional. I also keep a close eye on the Central Jeep Service Dept. and have only found them to be honest and professional in working with my friends and I. Sean Nagle is my "go-to" Service Advisor and you can't ask for a more professional, sincere and personable individual. A pleasure to interact with him. Dan Gay the Rental Car Manager is very similar to Sean in his professional efforts and sincerity to take the best care of the customer. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for regular scheduled service and figured it would be done that day. I had forgotten to mention when I scheduled the appointment that my side mirror was not working correc service and figured it would be done that day. I had forgotten to mention when I scheduled the appointment that my side mirror was not working correctly and it turned out I had to leave the car there for a couple days while the part was ordered. Not a big deal except I didn’t bother putting the top on the Jeep since I figured I’d get it back that day. Even though there was no rain in the forecast, Shawn offered to park the Jeep inside at night (there was also a ton of pollen in the air those couple days). Definitely not something he needed to do since I was too dumb to put the top on, but Shawn went above and beyond in this case. Thanks for the excellent service! More
