Completed the work requested Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this mon Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this month, but my wife, who took the car in for me, forgot to mention it to the service department. It would have been nice if Central would have noticed that and offered to do the inspection while the car was there. While ultimately it was my fault for not mentioning the sticker, a dealership that goes over and above would have taken the initiative to do the work. That said, Central does what is asked, but nothing more. I am being asked in this survey to name the people who worked on the car, but I don't know who it was since it was my wife who was there. More

Exceptional Service Every Time I did not purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Central, but started going to them for service when I moved to the area in 2015. I always feel like they I did not purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Central, but started going to them for service when I moved to the area in 2015. I always feel like they are going above and beyond for me and my experience with them last week was no difference. My "check engine" light came on (which never happens on a day that is convenient) and it was pouring rain. I stopped by the dealership and not only did they do a diagnosis, they fixed my vehicle and I had it back by the end of the day. Shawn was especially helpful and made sure I knew what to expect. He took what could've been a stressful situation and made it bearable!!! Everyone in the service area is very friendly and seems to truly enjoy what they do. I watch them interact and they treat each other with a lot of respect. Its a very busy service area and yet they always put the customer first. I'll definitely keep taking my Jeep there and plan to buy my next vehicle from them. Thanks again! More
