Shawn was great to deal with. He helped us order a new Subaru at msrp, during a time when it was more difficult to do so - during a time of limited nationwide inventory. We were able to get our car quicker than it normally would have taken to order from the factory, as he reached out to us about an inbound car that matched the specific requirements we had laid out. They helped me reserve a ne Dean Team delivered — literally! Henry and Shawn were great to work with, very friendly, VERY patient, and down-to-earth. They helped me reserve a new Subaru Ascend Touring that had everything I needed and wanted. After it arrived, Shawn went over the features of the Ascent with me following my test drive.
