It took several trips to make the deal, but I can honestly say that I returned because I felt that my salesman was as honest and upfront as you can expect from any sales person. After the sale even though I was a previous VW owner he thoroughly explained the workings of the new vehicle to me and gave me an open phone line to contact him incase there was a problem.
"Good sales: squirrelly financing"
Pete was a remarkable salesman. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Deal almost fell through based on some finance shenanigans however. No reflection on Pete. The SUBARU financing rates were very appealing but I was steered to another lender. High rates.
In the end I arranged my own financing to preserve the deal.
I am so thankful to Richard Gotsch. He was so patient, helpful, customer oriented and honest to help us buy a brand new 2019 Jetta. He worked so hard to finalize the transaction. We really thank him for all valuable efforts.
