Yes, Oxmoor Toyota did make me a duplicate car key. However, I had to call lot of times and had a couple of trips to the service center. It took me a week to get the car key. I thought, I would have the original Toyota key(the one came with the car initially) not the duplicate one. And for the apartment keys, per the leasing policy I had to inform my leasing office about the lost key. When I informed them they made me a set of keys and charged me for that. Oxmoor Toyota had agreed to reimburse the amount, but not sure when I will get that. I have already wasted lot of time on this. I don't want to waste any more.
