I started the sales process over the phone for a high-end vehicle and was getting pressured by another salesman that I had to buy it now or it was being sold to someone else. I was on the fence and ready to walk away from the deal. Once Bonnie stepped into the picture, the purchasing process was smooth sailing. She went out of her way to go the extra mile making sure we test drove the car, the paperwork was in order, and I was happy with my purchase. She even took care of a small ding free of charge.
