I recently was interested in a 2013 Taurus SHO with the performance package. Most of them were across the state and only 2 were nearby. One didn’t have the package I wanted but ARROW MOTORS did. I had to have the car. I called about the car and of course other people were trying to buy it I hurried and out a deposit down to keep it until I arrived the coming day. Took the trip up north, was a rainy day but the weather is becoming more unprecedented as the world continues. A car salesman named, Shawn, took my call and was very passionate and enthusiastic. He kept it honest with me the whole way. I arrive with my parents and they liked him a lot. My dad is a tough nut and hard to convince. He has history with mechanical works from cars to machinery. He has always thought car salesmen were shady and looking to grab more money from you but Shawn has proved that impossible/not the case when going to ARROW MOTORS. 10/10 Customer service. 10/10 Responsiveness. He kept it honest the whole process and let me test drive the car. Everything has been discussed and reviewed a couple times for full disclosure. Shawn has that personality that makes you want to know more about him and brings a smile to your face. He was able to work with us and help us with a deal. I would recommend your entire family, even your generation to visit ARROW MOTORS and look for Shawn. You’ll be taking home the whole lot of cars.
