Salesman Shawn was absolutely AMAZING! ! Was out shopping for my son a car and we were in the area of a swindler auto group who baited us from Bayonne to Elizabeth not having the car on the ! So on the way to another dealership in the we were in passing of Arrow motors where my son and I were politely greeted by Shawn. He was upfront on everything and also super patient answering all our questions and even waited patiently while we got info needed to be approved for my son’s loan. Rob & Mike helped along in making my son experience buying his 1st car from a dealer was GREAT!! We thank you ALL so much and would definitely do business here again and also recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle. P.s they even gave us tasty cookies to snack on while we finished up. More

Shawn my car dealer was very pleasant and Personable. When I was at the dealership I test drove my car around the block. I'm not a mecpanic. once I had bought the car home. There was a noise coming from within a whistling noise. I brought it to the attention of the dealership. I also had noticed that the car was taking bumps extremely hard.Shawn, my sales person and the dealership in turn bought the car to their mechanic. The mechanic informed me that there was nothing wrong with the suspension and that the whistling noise was normal in a nissan. I do not agree with the outcome as I never heard of a nissan altama, making a whistling noise be normal. I have an appointment with my mechanic for a diagnostic check and hopefully whatever is going on with the car will be covered by the warrantee. More
