Thru various emails & phone calls with Patrick Adinolfi we arrived at an agreeable price. Then my wife & I drove approximately 200 miles to meet Patrick and purchase our 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE. I was looking for another SUV to replace my Chevrolet Equinox and when I came across Bobby Hill at Toyota of Kingsport....he put me in a ride that totally suited all the needs I was looking for: gas mileage, comfort, plenty of riding space for others, plenty of cargo space and most of all ...he made sure to go over all of the 5 star safety rated parts of the ride. My wife and I visited Toyota of Kingsport on Saturday 4/11/15 to look at a Prius. All my life I had a company vehicle so when I had to turn my company vehicle in I wanted to get a car that was dependable, cost efficient and would last a long time. We felt very comfortable with this dealership since we had previously bought a car from them several years ago. The reason we came back was fourfold...the salesman, service, price and Toyota's reputation. First off, the salesman who is a friend of ours (Marvin Tolley) is a man of integrity and a brother in Christ. We could not ask for a better individual to deal with. Marvin explains everything to you and ensures you get exactly what you are looking for including a good price. Then the service from the accessory sales consultant (Kristin Humphrey) was great. She took the time to tell us the ins and outs of the car we were buying and even helped us put a Toyota App on our smart phone which is phenomenal. Everything is on this app about your car - it has service offers, roadside assistance, warranty info, safety recalls, service history, vehicle manuals, how to videos, etc. Lastly, I am an avid Toyota fan. I have owned Buicks, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Fords, Hondas, Mercedes, Nissans, Pontiacs, and Toyotas in the past. Suffice it to say, the Toyota has been far above their competition and this is a proven fact. All you have to do is look at Consumer Reports for vehicles and Toyota is at the top of the pack in overall ratings. Of all the vehicles I have owned, the Toyotas have less maintenance problems, are more dependable and have a better re-sale value than any vehicle on the market. We love our Prius, it is comfortable, roomy and economical...50 mpg definitely makes this a "winner" in our opinion! More

Purchacing a New Highlander LE Plus I went to Toyota of Kpt. to look at new or real good used cars as I was just starting to look for a new/newer SUV/Crossover vehicle than the '03 Chevy I went to Toyota of Kpt. to look at new or real good used cars as I was just starting to look for a new/newer SUV/Crossover vehicle than the '03 Chevy Trailblazer that I owned. I had been to Dodge, Kia & Honda dealerships earlier in the day and had driven a couple of vehicles already. I would like to say here that I've have had both hips, both knees replaced and I have peripheral neuropathy in both feet. Very painful & burning feet. As I drove thru the lot I stopped and B.J. Hill asked could he help me & I said yes and that I was starting to look around.. He said for me to park and we'd walk around & look at what they had plus that they could get me most any car I'd like in a day or two. I told him of my physical problems and he said to park and come inside and we'd look at the inventory on the computer plus we could look at other "Hill Family" lots in the Tri-Cities area.We looked at several SUV's and the he pulled up the Highlander LE Plus.I liked the info on it esp the fact that it was White. He had it brought around (very nice gesture) & I knew in the first 2 miles that I wanted this car. It drove & rode like a dream. It also had CLOTH SEATS, NO SUN ROOF, FANTASTIC SOUND SYSTEM (JBL) AND GAS TANK ON DRIVERS SIDE!!! Which were things that I REALLY REALLY LIKED, esp. gas tank fill on drivers side. We went back talked money (no trade in) and after some discussion & approvals he gave me a number that I could live with. So on the way home I stopped at the Eastman Credit Union, spoke with a lady in car loans. She took my info, looked up my credit rating, looked at the pros n cons of this car and said "If you're interested in buying a NEW CAR this would be too good of a deal pass up". I called B.J. & told him to hold it for me. I had to put a down pmt. on it over the phone (using credit card) just in case someone else had there eye on it. I am now driving it and the envy of my neighborhood!! I've told a few close friends of the deal I got and they said that I had "done good". I know they made money but I think I got a good deal on a TOP QUALITY CAR with GREAT WARRANTY!!! More

He was very nice and introduced us to our sales associate, John Martin. John really seemed interested in helping me find the type of car I wanted. He was also very helpful by finding a great deal listed on the website, that I was unaware of. It put a car I liked that was out of my price range, within my price range. Then, Shawn Thomason did his best to get a monthly payment that was more comfortable for me. I was very pleased with the experience I had, and it was easy considering this was the first car I'd purchased from a dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I really appreciate these folks, and am very pleased with my new (to me) car. I feel like I got a great deal. More
