Very satisfied After requesting a quote for the model Accord I wanted, AutoPark Honda emailed me back very quickly. I checked the quoted price online to see if was c After requesting a quote for the model Accord I wanted, AutoPark Honda emailed me back very quickly. I checked the quoted price online to see if was comparable with what the car typical sells for, and it was. The model I wanted was not on the lot, but Shawn Whitfield, the salesman I worked with, worked hard to get the car to the dealership. The only discussion point was trade-in and financing. Financing was not an issue--my credit's good, so I qualified for 1.9%. The trade-in offer was fair, and Shawn worked to get some fees reduced as well. Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't use high pressure tactics. After the sale I found the car had a license plate holder on the front bumper--when removed, it left two small holes. I contacted Shawn about this and he was able to get body work done on the car, free of charge, so it looks good as new. Shawn definitely wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the new car. Overall I was very satisfied with the buying experience, the car, and the service afterward. I would definitely recommend buying from AutoPark Honda and working with Shawn. The only negative of the experience, if any, was talking to the finance rep. Here they try to upsell you pretty aggressively to expensive warranty options, but if you're like me, you'll just want to decline them, especially for a brand new vehicle. More
