While easy to make an appointment, after I dropped my car off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and th off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and they were still doing an oil change. They did not seem at all prepared to help us. Then told me my Michelin tires with only 27,000 miles on them were “nearly bald”. Since we bought the vehicle new from Morrie’s Buffalo we asked to have them look into whether we had defective tires. We have received absolutely no follow up to that issue. Completely unimpressed by this service. Not trustworthy advice. More

I brought my truck in there for a specific problem. I showed him what the problem was very simple fixed when they called me. They said it would be X amount of dollars I told him do not fix it. I will buy the part and do it myself and when I got there to pick my truck up, they did a diagnostics check which didn’t need to be done and charge me a lot of money will not ever take anything back there. More

Very convenient valet service was provided. It literally reduced my stress level to zero. The valet was on time and the updates from the dealership made sure I always knew where my truck was. Terrible service - dropped truck off for recall service 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said I want my truck. No service had been done and recalls are still pending. Bringing to different dealership. NEVER again to Morrie’s. I had an appointment and nothing gets down or call back in 2 days! More

Previously I dealt with Morrie’s Ridgedale Ford in Minnetonka until they changed service management and staff t at Morrie’s Buffalo Ford dealership.
