I was concern that the woman at the check out had me sign 3 pieces of papers. Yet, she gave me back one paper. I went to grab the papers to read what I had signed, and she abruptly grabbed them back and told 3 pieces of papers. Yet, she gave me back one paper. I would have like to have had more communication without me always calling and for the amount of time more car was gone would have liked to have been offered a loaner.
