Let this serve as an update to below: Since leaving the below review, George the GM of Arrigo reached out to me. I emphasized my concerns, he heard me out and offered anything that would make the deal righ below review, George the GM of Arrigo reached out to me. George not only made the deal right but went, what I feel above and beyond to make an unhappy customer a very happy one. High five George for making a situation a lot better ✭✭✭✭✭ I reluctantly left 1 star, there was no option to leave zero stars because that’s how I was treated or more like neglected. I purchased a Ram on a Sunday and didn’t receive it after flaw I found with one of the rims. I was told by Vince the head of sales for 47 yrs that there is sooo many rims on site that they can have it swapped out. Instead I was told that another third party company comes and fixes it. So now I told him so there’s going to be another day just for them to come out and then another day for them to see if it can be repaired and he swore that would be the case and after I mentioned to him, if you had sooo many of these rims on site then why not just swap it and you as the dealer can make a repair to the defective rim. That would have made to much sense. I honestly think that he may have thought that it was a good idea but because he didn’t think of it and wouldn’t admit that, that would be a better solution for the customer who made the purchase. He dished out a bunch of xx so he has all the good lines over all those years of lying to people. Truth is the truck was never even cleaned until I had to ask multiple times as to when the truck would be cleaned. Then after speaking to my sales rep Shelby, who told me that she took a hose to it ti clean it. The sales rep washes the vehicles here. So very not professional. After making several complaints about the service, a received an email from Cesar one of the sales lead guys who then says in his email that,”he has the perfect vehicle for me, & videos him in their lot showing me all different vehicle.” He never even knew that I was complaining about the rim issue and tried to sell me a different vehicle. Just another example of all the mis information that this dealership portrays. They don’t even know what’s going on all they do is try and sell without resolving any of customers issues the proper way. Maybe you guys can read this and have a company meeting about it and maybe show Vince how to communicate to customers, because that’s all I wanted, just to be informed during the process and not lied to like he does so very well for 47 yrs of lying experience. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE A HUGE BUYER BEWARE SIGN AS YOU PULL IN. Also all add on fees snuck in as you are ready to sign here. I really liked the truck and that’s why I ended up following thru with this purchase. Otherwise I honestly regret the entire experience with ARRIGO. This place is NOT owned by the original ARRIGO family, it’s all corporate now and they really don’t give a xxxx about their customers. They knew they effed up because they didn’t even apply an ARRIGO license plate frame to the truck. Good thing because it wouldn’t have made it to my home. Truck description stated that there is Goodyear tires and a deep tinted on the windows. Which I was also told that the description was copied and pasted from the Dodge dealership. So another screw over on the customer. More

It was painful to do business with this dealer and the associate was not at the level you would expect at a reputable dealership We were contacted later by the general manager and this is the reason we associate was not at the level you would expect at a reputable dealership We were contacted later by the general manager and this is the reason we pursued with buying the car I should mention that the finance manager was very professional and competent, he made the signing easy and explained well the process I am happy to see that you do have at least 1 professional working there I would not recommend that dealership based on my experience More

I’ve been shopping around for a ramp 2500 truck. I looked at Kendall Dodge in Miami and University Dodge down south. both had trucks but Kendall would not give me a price breakdown and out the do I looked at Kendall Dodge in Miami and University Dodge down south. both had trucks but Kendall would not give me a price breakdown and out the door pricing. University dodge flat out lies. as they had several 2022 ram 2500 left overs. all new and cash price was listed at 52465. but when they gave me a price it was 21000 more as the claim it was for the kit on the truck. but the listed price showed it and gave a breakdown. then it gave a cash price which was 21000 less. i spoke with Ray , the sales manager and he claimed it was a mistake. on all 7 ? and all other 2022 1500 leftovers ? as the 1500 left overs have or had a lower cash price but when they totaled the cost, it wasn’t a fair or even a decent price. new 2025 were less than left over 2022 trucks. so i found this one and was given a fair price out the door. i would recommend to make sure to get a second key. as it will cost over 320 dollars for a new key fob and key to be cut and programmed. just fyi. but all in all it was a good experience. just wish the sales people would not be so cut throat. as while dealing with Shelby , i had 4 other sales people try to take the deal away from her and kept calling and texting More
