We did find unnoticed damage on our vehicle when we got it home after driving directly from the White River Toyota lot to our own driveway. There was a deep scratch (gouge) across the rear passenger door that broke the paint. We somehow had missed seeing the damage before leaving the lot. We had the repair done locally without returning to White River and without promptly bringing it to their attention. We had no desire to drive back and forth to White River Junction for a small repair that we could have taken care of locally. If White River Toyota wishes to reimburse us for the small cost of the repair, we will update this review. However, we are very happy to recommend Sheldon Snavely to those who visit White River Toyota to make a purchase. More

Old ties were not appreciated so much so i went looking elsewhere. My daughter and my son had purchased new Toyota from White River Toyota in the last year and they were dealt with very fairly. So naturally i decided to take a look. While my dream was a new 4 Runner my budget said otherwise. Sheldon was very helpful and even though we were dealing with the COVID-19 protocols we eventually found something that fit. there was one left over 2019 Highlander Hybrid LE. deal was made price was good and i drove home with my new Toyota. I spent close to 40 years buying cars off and old friend now i hope i can spend as many dealing with my new ones. More
