Shelly Barr the salesperson was excellent in every way. This was somewhat of an unusual purchase it was a joint purchase with my girlfriend and the vehicle was already picked out. I came from work wanted t This was somewhat of an unusual purchase it was a joint purchase with my girlfriend and the vehicle was already picked out. I came from work wanted to get in and out and she was very perceptive on this and that's what happened. I signed the contract and the extended warranty and was out very soon. In about two weeks after the sale both of us had questions about the vehicle witch we were very pleased with but had questions about it features. Shelly helped us and made sure we understood everything. She did not rush us in any way. As you may well know the vehicles have a lot of features and these are greater in number as you purchase a more expensive one. We tried to figure out everything on our own, but still had questions. Shelly made 100% sure we understood them. We are very pleased all the way around. The employee in the warranty dept, was also good I forgot his name. The owner also dropped in that was also a nice touch when we were purchasing the warranty. More
