Shelley Barr helped me again and was wonderful . Shelley Barr was fantastic like 3 months ago, 2nd vehicle. The store is an awesome place to purchase buicks. The service dept is excellent also. Best vehicle shopping experience ever! I was looking to buy a car ASAP because my fiancé totaled her car. As I pulled up Shelley was already walking out the door to greet me. She was very patient and communicated very well. She helped get us in a beautiful new car with very minimal dealer stress! Mike Bott was also friendly and man this staff really knows how to make you feel at home! and not to mention Mike O'connell in the finance dept. he was so informative and a SOX fan! YESSSS! When it was time to replace my 2004 Grand Prix (which I had purchased from Sullivan), I knew I wanted to get another car from them. The Sales area Superb, the Service area "0utstanding". I recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a great deal on a vehicle, as well as a service area that they can count on that compares to no other! More
